Configure Startup Programs In Mac

Sometimes, there are some programs or apps which you frequently open after login to your Mac. If you wish to startup them automatically from login, you can configure the settings for it.

Here is how you configure startup programs or login items in Mac:

1. Click on Apple logo in top-left corner of your screen and select System Preferences.

2. Then go to Users & Groups section, which should be listing your account.

3. Keeping your account select, in the corresponding right pane, you’ll find Login items, so click on that. Click on the lock at bottom to make changes to Login items.

4. Then click on ‘+’ icon and select the programs or apps you want to open automatically. Click on Lock again to save changes.
